Ingredients

4.00 tea spoon Honey
4.00 table spoon Soy sauce
2.00 x Cucumber
2.00 clove Garlic
2.00 table spoon Rice vinegar
1.50 pound Ground beef
1.00 tea spoon Sesame oil
1.00 x Ginger
1.00 bunch Green onions
1.00 cup Rice
0.25 tea spoon Red Chili Flakes

Instructions

1. Rince and cook the rice
2. Mix the rice vinegar, half the honey and red pepper in a bowl
3. Thinly slice the cucumber
4. Mix the grated ginger with the garlic, add soy sauce, sesame oil and the other half of honey
5. Cook the ground beef on a skillet until brown
6. Add the soy mixture and most of the onions (save some for decoration), stir and cook another two minutes
7. Serve and garnish with remainder of onions
